About
A tradition of office furniture excellence, since 1979.
Spear Office Furniture is a full-service commercial dealership based in Westlake Village, California. We plan, supply and install workspaces across Los Angeles, Ventura & Santa Barbara counties.

Our story
Four decades of Southern California workspaces.
Spear Office Furniture has been furnishing California offices since 1979. What began as a furniture supply business grew into a full dealership as clients kept asking for the parts around the product: someone to draw the layout, reconcile lead times across manufacturers, hold the shipment until the site was ready, and install it properly.
Today the model is deliberately turnkey. A client sends a floor plan and a set of goals. We handle space planning, product selection across more than 70 manufacturers, procurement, warehousing, delivery and installation — and hand back a finished, working office.
To confirm before launch: the founding narrative and legal entity history, leadership titles and bios, team photography, and the published list of manufacturer partners. Structure is in place — copy drops in without a redesign.

What we do
Full-service means every stage, not just supply.
Space Planning & Design
Send a floor plan and headcount. We return layout options that balance density, circulation and how your teams actually work.
Furniture Procurement
One purchase order across many manufacturers. We reconcile lead times, finishes and budget into a single coordinated order.
Delivery & Warehousing
Product received, inspected and staged in our warehouse until your site is ready — no early deliveries stacked in a lobby.
Installation
Experienced install crews, after-hours scheduling when a building requires it, and a punch list closed out before we leave.
Values
How we run projects.
Plan first, sell second
A layout that works is worth more than a discount on the wrong product. Planning comes before any quote.
Budget honesty
We specify to the number you give us, and say plainly when a target is not achievable rather than value-engineering it quietly.
Own the last mile
Delivery and installation are where projects go wrong. We keep them in house so there is no finger-pointing.
Built to last
Commercial-grade specification, warranties that mean something, and a record kept so you can match it years later.
Local expertise
Why the local part actually matters.
Knowing the buildings matters as much as knowing the furniture: which towers require after-hours freight access, which business parks have loading constraints, how long a Ventura County permit inspection realistically takes. Four decades in the same region turns that into scheduling accuracy.
