Service 03
Delivery & Warehousing
Product arrives at our warehouse, not your unfinished floor. We receive it, inspect it, hold it, and deliver on the day the site is genuinely ready.

The problem
Furniture always ships before the site is ready
Construction slips. Furniture does not. Product that lands early ends up shrink-wrapped in a lobby, damaged by trades, or refused at the dock — and damage found on install day is damage found too late.
How we handle it
Receive, inspect, hold, then deliver
Every shipment is checked against the order and inspected for freight damage on arrival at our warehouse. Claims are opened immediately, replacements are chased while there is still time, and the product waits with us until your date holds.
